Community
At FWD Motion, our commitment to the community is not just about doing the right thing – it’s about building trust, fostering long-term relationships, and creating shared value for all stakeholders.

Supporting Our Community
FWD Motion is built around the core values of social responsibility and community engagement. By choosing to collaborate with us, clients are not only investing in high-quality services but also contributing to the growth and sustainability of the local community.

Shop Local
As an SME business, we are committed to nurturing a thriving local business ecosystem where success is shared, and opportunities are accessible to all. We prioritise partnerships and collaborations with small and medium-sized enterprises, recognising their value in fostering economic development, creating jobs, and strengthening community ties.

Living Wage Accreditation
We are proud to have recently obtained our living wage accreditation, reinforcing our promise of ensuring our employees are rewarded fairly for the work they do. We believe that every member of our team deserves to earn a wage that allows them to live comfortably.

Young People
Our dedication to supporting young people is an integral part of our company values. This is reflected by the several workplace schemes we have available to facilitate skill development and career progression.
- Structured apprenticeship programmes with both in-house & external training
- Diverse work experience placements for students in Years 10, 11 & 12
- Paid opportunities to ensure fair compensation for trainees & graduates
We are especially proud to highlight the successful transition of a recent graduate from a paid internship to a permanent role as a Marketing Executive. With our commitment to nurturing young talent, we hope to provide meaningful career pathways for many.

Chesterfield Champions
As a Chesterfield Champion, we work closely with Destination Chesterfield to promote Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire as a valuable destination to live, visit, work, and invest.
Through networking events, social media campaigns, and other opportunities – hundreds of like-minded organisations can build meaningful relationships to support the local economy and drive its continued success.

Supporting Local Charities & Community Groups
At FWD Motion, we strive not only to be a part of the local community but to actively participate in it. We support several charities, including the Rotherham Hospital & Community Charity, St Luke’s Hospice, and Macmillan Cancer Support. We encourage staff involvement in a range of fundraising activities, from sponsored hikes and night walks to abseils and parachute jumps.
We proudly sponsor local sports clubs, including football, rugby, and jiu-jitsu, promoting active and healthy lifestyles within our community. Our commitment extends to cultural enrichment, which is demonstrated by our sponsorship of the Dronfield Arts Festival where we aim to foster community cohesion through the arts.
