The Science of Security

The brief

Arrow ECS hired the Apex Room at Olympia in London to use as an invitation-only networking area for their partners and vendors during Infosec - Europe’s number one information security event, featuring the largest and most comprehensive education programme, and over 360 exhibitors showcasing the most relevant information security solutions and products to 18,000 infosecurity professionals.

FWD Motion were tasked with branding the event around the theme of ‘Science of Security’. The room was split into several sections, including a large meeting area, a kitchen area where complementary refreshments and food were served, and an IoT classroom. There was even an ice cream parlour and bubble volcano that released flavoured edible bubbles!

FWD were entrusted with every aspect of the event, including planning the layout, hiring the furniture and equipment, branding up the whole room, and even building temporary walls to separate the different areas.

The branding of the room involved many different skills and print processes. Printed items included: embroidered lab coats, wall signage, ‘test tube’ branded tables, coasters, branded pencils and notebooks, menus, standees, banner stands and vinyl stickers for the various props.

The event was a huge success and the ‘Science of Security’ room provided the perfect workspace for Arrow’s sponsoring vendors and key partners, and provided them with the opportunity to host their meetings and network in a relaxed and social environment.
