The IT Insider is a dedicated end user programme from IBM and Arrow which aggregates as well as creates original news, video and podcast content for the IT Channel.
FWD were commissioned to redesign, rebuild and maintain the IT Insider site. Managing and training users to add content and images, as well as focusing on UX and the customer journey. Our dev team have strengthened the platform through additional functionality, including campaign pages, events calendar, author bios and on-site advertising opportunities. FWD marketing continues to boost the campaign through ownership of setup, management and reporting of all paid advertising across social channels.
With over 5000 page visits per month and a social audience at 1100 the site generates approximately £2.5-3m sales per annum through lead interactions tracked through to sales reports.
